About Me

I was born in eastern Cuba, where the sea murmurs ancient songs and the earth beats with the strength of a drum. Since I was a child, I knew the soul can’t be caged: I played with the voices of the theater, whispered my dreams to the radio, and danced like someone trying to touch the horizon with bare feet.

Art found me before I ever searched for it. Today, I am a crossing of heartbeats and pigments: a voice that remembers, hands that reveal, a nomadic spirit turning the everyday into ceremony.

I carry the Caribbean in my chest like a lit drum, and I let it out in melody, in color, in silences that also speak. Each work born from me is a threshold, a gentle call between what is seen and sensed.

I am Sanchez — Every stroke, a story. Every note, a heartbeat.
